Bill Cipher (Full Power) Vs. Beyonder (Pre-Retcon, Outside of the Beyond Realm)

stomp, beyonder took a hit that could destroy billions of universes without a scratch. simply look at the tier and it's clear that beyonder wins
 
Look at bill he is high complex multiversal he probably could be higher but beyonder is easily above that maybe if you restrict beyonder to his high complex multiversal maybe it would be more fair

I read bill's page and found it updated. This makes it a much more close match I'm sorry, I hadn't read bill's page since the update
 
Bill in a very close fight by resisting Beyonder's reality warping and space-time manipulation along with having precog, intangibility and illusion creation.
 
Bill would fight as dirty as possible. He'd be powerful enough to fool his opponent with his illusions and space time abilities. All the Trilazzx Aliens were terrifed of him, and they were 11-dimensional characters (High 1C at least). Bill existed before almost anything else, period. He has my vote for now.
 
Bill also got more experience than Beyonder since Bill is over 1 trillion-year-old. Beyonders too has proven in little EXP because he has lost his power on various occasions and despite claiming to be omniscient, but in practice had to learn everything by experience. Thus, Bill, in theory, could do something that the Beyonder never experience (such as mindfuck) or trick the Beyonders in losing his powers in an innovative way with his overall EXP diff since the Beyonders has proven to be too gullible in numerous battle situation. Overall, Bill got my vote for victory.
 
Bill was beaten by humans. PR Beyonder was beaten by Doom, who has also beaten Galactus. My vote goes to PR Beyonder for obvious reasons. Also, PR Beyonder is WAY faster from what I know. Almost anything against PR Beyonder will, or most likely is SUPREME spite.
 
The form of Bill used in this match is not the form of Bill that was defeated in Gravity Falls.

Also the ending of Gravity Falls had some of the worst and most blatant PIS ever, which is to be expected of a Disney kid's show that demands a happy ending despite it being children up against a cosmic being who distorts laws of the universe with his mere presense.

Bill being "beaten by humans" is far from a legitamate argument. Especially when talking about a form of Bill that wasn't.
 
I know man, its called a joke.

But still, my vote is for PR Beyonder. He took hits far stronger than what I know Bill can actually send at him ( I read the page and watched the show ). Also, I don't see Bill "fighting dirty". He actually seemed quite stupid in his actions. PR Beyonder, even when defeated, knew exactly what was going on and even came back to humiliate Doom and show how irrelevant his plan was. IMO, PR Beyonder can outdo anything Bill can do and more.

EDIT: About Beyonder being gullible and "getting his power's stolen". Gullible? He knew everything what was happening and literally did a "Nothing to do here" once he was out of interest. He is nearly omniscient, not exactly omniscient, however. Getting his power's stolen was on purpose. Before you claim things, read "Secret Wars 1" and "Secret Wars 2". Both show Beyonder's feats. My vote goes for him due to extreme hacks.
 
This is text. It's rather hard to detect sarcasm in this fashion unless something is especially absurd, which from seeing many people will downplay Bill based on the PIS at the last episode, it did not seem unlikely that you were serious to me. Espeically since you didn't give any argument besides your joke. But alright.
 
Well, back to the battle, Bill is an idiot. No matter how/where you put him at full power, basically everything he did was unintentional and by pure accident. Him causing the events of Gravity Falls were an accident, he was fooled constantly and even at full power, I can't see him beating high tier characters, much less PR Beyonder, thats a top tier guy. He has no concrete feats that makes him surpass PR Beyonder from my point of view and most about him is speculation. And considering just what happened in GF, he is not all that. And about the hacks, there are many characters with similar powers and "hacks" that due to them should be "OP" and "unbeatable" but aren't. Guldo from DBZ can stop time. Does that mean he can kill someone like Vegeta from the Namek saga? Hell no.
 
Oh, and let me get something clear, and this applies to anyone with "Immeasurable" or "Not shown" stats. These basically mean Feat Less, and due to being Feat Less, are potentially / most certainly irrelevant. It's like saying Someone in the planet can beat Bruce Lee in a 1v1. Yes, possibly, but we don't know if said person exists or if he can beat Bruce Lee, and said person is complete speculation. So, in Speed, Lifting Strength, etc. PR Beyonder > Bill IMO.
 
Bill is no idiot, especially not at full power (which we have never, I repeat, NEVER seen him at in the show, not even close). If he broke free of the barrier, he'd be omniscient as well as invulnerable. The same goes for Beyonder. Outside of his realm, they are equals and cannot destroy each other (and Bil wouldn't give a lick about the Beyonder's realm, where he is stronger, he'd take him on far outside of that because he's smart). This might be inconclusive.

He might just be, as far as I know, which is why he has a chance of at least fighting equally with this guy, if not full on wrecking him.
 
Beyonder has taken multiuniversal hits without a scratch and laughed them off not finding them even annoying. Also, I know nothing about Gravity Falls, but, since it's never shown, how does one know it's power exactly? Sorry, I don't mean to sound agressive or something I just don't know or understand the Bill hype people have around here.
