Callisto could withstand a lightning strike from Storm, though she was eventually killed by a constant barrage of bolts. Since she survived a single strike without noticeable damage, I think it would be fair for her to downscale from Storm's lightning, which has a yield of 869.26 tons, so I guess Callisto could downscale to baseline 8-A+ at 550 tons. I guess characters who in turn downscale from them would remain as baseline 8-A at 100 tons
Currently, Quicksilver is "At least Relativistic+," but I thing he should also have a "likely far higher" since he can perceive Relativistic+ characters as frozen in place while casually running. Apocalypse's speed should be updated to Relativistic+ reactions and combat speed via upscaling from the X-Men, with higher perception and attack speed since he could eventually react to Quicksilver and fix him to the ground. Characters who can move or fight faster (Callisto and Lady Deathstrike, respectively) than Relativistic+ characters, but not at Quicksilver's level, would only have an "At least"
Jean Grey (Pre-Retcon)
Jean's power, strength and limits are tied to her will (along with her thoughts and imagination), which means her stats with TK are variable based on her will, so her base key should be "Varies, up to at least Low 7-C with Telekinesis", and I guess that would also grant her Supernatural Willpower? Plus new abilities for her Phoenix key:

- Social Influencing (Instigating Fear - Her mere presence made the mutants of the Brotherhood, including Pyro and Callisto, nervous)
- Space-Time Manipulation (Can shred the boundaries between states of reality and possibly even dimensions on a quantum level, sending ripples through the aether. Created tears in the fabric of the universe. While disintegrating Professor X, for several moments everything slowed right down)
- Law Manipulation? (While unconscious, she passively generated a zone that altered Wolverine's senses, where objects floated exempt of the laws of gravity and motion, and were unaffected by the resistance of air, which was flatness and didn't generate any natural sounds. As she manifested her power, reality was turned upside-down and things looked unreal, gravity no longer ruled, nor did any other rules of physics)
Extras:
- Space Survival (Can breathe in space) and Body Puppetry (Controlled the paralyzed legs of Professor X and forced him to walk), for Post-Retcon Jean Grey
- Heat Manipulation (Can burn through metal with a single blast), for Pre-Retcon Cyclops
- Life Absorption (Was absorbing Wolverine's healing factor and his life to rejuvenate), for Silver Samurai
- Skilled Brawler (Fought Wolverine/Colossus), for both Juggernauts
- Acrobatics (Surface Running - Can run on walls and ceilings) and Enhanced Senses (Felt an explosion underground of the X-Mansion), for Quicksilver
