Plot haxs bitch! Ultra Comics vs Joji Joestar

I mean that may be true, but Beyond is said to be 2-A to Low 1-C. I don't know who's plot hax is superior, but the down side with Joji is that he has to believe in Beyond in order to actually work iirc.
 
Joji also has to do an action for plot hax to work.

Not really, he has to take the initiative, but things completely outside his control will fall into place, even things he's never actually seen before, will line up to aid him, even if it's a super long winded and complex domino effect. (Hell he got teleported to Mars by a deceased man that came outta nowhere just to meet Kars because taht is ultimately what he needed to have happen). He still has to want to make a difference and believe though.
 
I feel like Ultra has a lot to work with in terms of using internet comments to literally deconstruct his opponent, just based on the Jojo novels reputation in the fandom.
