These tournies keep dying. Let's fix that. Ok maybe nevermind this might be dying.

No broken hax, Regen, immortality, or amps Also no stone walls or people with above 6C abilities. 1 per person but I will add more if needed.

Time stop requires him to land a hit and it only lasts a few seconds. I don't see how wind powers change anything. "Likely higher" on a profile doesn't in anyway imply that they are a higher tier.
 
Some Cultivation stuff and Invul might be too much, If you explain it a bit the I might allow Bai. Also how hood are his amps?
 
Bai's amps are a non-descriptive "several times", so I guesss you'd assume 3.

Anyways, while cultivators have a lot of abilities... he would genuinely not think of using his very few true haxes (only memory erasure comes to mind) since anyone he fights resists it.

He also can't do the whole Core thing whole in an area without Qi (so, earth).

9ther than that, what would I need to explain?
 
How good is Hinata's death manip?

Yue might be a bit much, Bai is already pushing it?

Julius is also a bit too haxy, I might make a less restrictive sequel tourney if this gets popular though.
 
Lambo is by far the weakest gaurdian. He barely has any real abilities. He's just a tank. which won't help much in a tourney like this.
