New Base Form key for Zi-O Rider

I think we must seperate the base Form to new 2 keys

1. Pre Rider Time : Ryuki >> Fought against Another Build and Another OOO who comparable to original own which is 8-A, or something we have a change if we have Fourze/Wizard profile with Base Form key, that they defeated their Another Rider or Geiz fought against Kamen Rider Beast.

2. Post Rider Time : Ryuki >> Fought against Another Ryuga and Ryuki who comparable to original own and Odin who overwhelmed Zi-O Decade before be defeated by power of Ryuki & Knight Ridewatch with the rule of Ridewatch that stealing all of power of original rider, that mean it is High 7-C, possible High 4-C

So possible High 4-C in Base form has another proofs from 2 things

- Tsukuyomi can harm her brother with her energy sword, also she fight against Jin and Horobi along with Zi-O & Geiz Base in Reiwa First Generation, so we should give High 7-C to her.

- Geiz fought along with Zi-O Decade and make the Heisei Rider Kick along with Zi-O Oma Form and other summoned Final-Form Riders to defeat Barlckxs in Over Quartzer, unlike the first debut of Decade Armor which Geiz cannot match against Decade

Post Over Quartzer Key: >> 7-A (Fought against Quartzer members alongside Kamen Rider Mach), possibly 4-B (Scaled from Geiz who did the Heisei Ride Kicks along with Zi-O Oma Form)

Due W Downgrade, and Fourze Profile created, Pre Rider Time : Ryuki get upgrade to Low 7-C and Over Quertzer Key is removed....
