Vritra versus Joker

Vritra's about to get a handful of updates, but if I'm burtally honest, they're probably not saving him here (Maybe one of his ultimate forms might fare better but that's a question for post updates)

He's casually baseline 5-B, possibly higher, and while I don't know Joker's AP he has to be at least comparable if not superior to that. Vritra also has no resistance to getting BFRed or Mindhaxed, so Joker has some pretty quick wincons here.

Vritra's only counter is having Death Manip, but PAD's Death Manips are so slow they're basically reflavored poison, so having Death Manip won't do much for Vritra when Joker seems to have MUCH easier wincons.

I know next to nothing about Joker, but I'm pretty sure he easily takes this.

...Wait, just noticed speed isn't equalized. Vritra probably gets the first hit, but since Death Manip isn't an insta-kill Vritra probably still has the same problem and loses.

Joker is comparable to the Precure, who are much stronger than when they just barely blocked an attack that was baseline.

Vritra destroyed the planet in question casually and for funsies, so he's probably somewhat above baseline, and his passive ability gives his AP and Durability a 1.5 multiplier. So Vritra might edge out a little bit thanks to his multiplier if that's where Joker's sitting, but I doubt the differance is massive enough to be a huge factor.

I think the points still stand, Joker's got quick wincons Vritra doesn't resist, Vritra's best hax counter is super slow, and the speed differance is a point in Vritra's favor but not likely enough to kill Joker before he can outhax him. I also didn't notice that Joker absorbes energy attacks, that probably renders Vritra's elemental attacks and breaths useless, which kills any range advantage he'd have.

Unless Joker has a history of PIS and not going for shutting down his opponents quickly, Vritra's going to be easy to hax. He's probably never going to get to use his Grudge attack, his Death Manip won't kill quickly, Vritra's only hope is Joker fooling around enough for Vritra to get a lot of quick, hard hits in.

Unclear, since passives only activate in certain senarios. Where the line gets drawn with a game mechanic like that is always a messy grey area.

Since Vritra can be just as effective with his passives disabled, and the feat in question was casual anyways, its more than likely he's in the ballpark of baseline without his powers, but there's clearly wiggle room.

Small update: Vritra went through some revisions, some stats got updated, he got new powers and evolutions. Grude Strike has been confirmed to be a 10x multiplier attack at its weakest, which considering how neck and neck these two are, could actually probably one-shot Joker

...However that still requires Vritra to hit Joker before Joker haxes him. He might be faster, but he still doesn't resist any Hax and Joker can absorb energy attack so Vritra has to sacrifice range here.

Unless Joker's known to lead with anything else, Joker wins, Vritra's updates don't save him.

He'll use it quickly, but not definitely right away. Until he notices that Vritra is faster than him, he's not stupid, so he'll go for sloth ball.
