The second person linked is Kira (Mortal Kombat)

Am I missing something here? If these characters are comporable to a High 8-C then why aren't they High 8-C?
 
Also, I noticed this on Reptile's profile

"Attack Potency: Small Building level (For a short period fought Johnny Cage, comparable to the likes of Baraka) | Small Building level (Fought Sub-Zero at the second Mortal Kombat tournament)"

Johnny Cage and Sub-Zero are High 8-C to 7-B and Baraka is High 8-C. So the 9-A should be removed
