Toichiro: At some cushy Black Vinegar Middle School!

There wasn't any Armstrong match in a while, so I decided to do this, my favorite Metal Gear villain and my second favorite MP100 villain

  • <20% Toichiro is used and any percentage level higher is restricted for him, Senator is at his peak
  • Speed is equalized
  • Both are in-character
  • No knowledge about each other
  • Starting 10 meters apart

Percentages, son!: 5 (Schnee One, Ciruno Fortes, Planck69, Buttersamuri, Migue79)
 
His weakest High 7-C key is 138 kilotons and in this state he's much below that so I think we can assume they have comparable AP
 
He's barely weaker in this state by comparison as he's only using slightly less then 20%, so safe to assume he has a massive AP advantage

His versatility with TK and his AP should give him the win overall

Suzuki in character and this form rarely uses TK (he uses energy mainly to enhance his physical strikes and speed) but vote counted
 
I have no clue what end of Armstrong's EXCELSUS destroying feat was accepted, the last end was above 70 kilotons which was also Town+ but idk.

Senator has not only regen but can heal, get stronger by absorbing energy, has better H2H skills than Suzuki, can amp his speed and attack power with nanomachines and telekinesis won't really work on Senator because he has Class G lifting strength and Suzuki has Class M
 
Voting for Suzuki. Not only does he have a pretty good AP advantage via back-scaling from High 7-C but he's also far more versatile, can out-range pretty easily with his flight and has significantly better Regenerationn than Armstrong.
