Dexter is High 8-C and has all his gadgets (excluding the ones that don't go into the High 5-A tier for very, very obvious reasons)

Gumball is also fully equipped

Well, from what I can remember of Dexters Lab (which is a lot thanks to Boomerang), Dexter is better combat prepared and he has the stuff necessary to take down someone with Low-Godly, such as wiping Gumball's memories, turning him into a rabbit, shrinking him to the size of an ant, freezing him, hypnotizing him, sending him to another reality, or making him immobile.

According to some people, bloodlusted Gumball can kill people with a glare but Dexter could just prevent that by cloning himself (dunno how that's not on his profile), and even if he couldn't, he's more likely to do any of the above than Gumball glaring - plus, speed is unequal so Dexter could just casually react to the glare. And trying to make Dexter explode won't work due to Dexter being the more durable one, and he's no stranger to handling explosions on a regular basis.
