Shouldn't Amazo have stood more of a chance vs Emerl?

Ok. So I was reading the vs thread of Amazo (DCAU) vs Emerl. I think he lost a little bit too easily as there are a number actions that could give him the victory or at the very least make this battle a stalemate. I mean, couldn't Amazo (upon scanning) discover that Ermel is powered by the chaos emeralds and bfr them? Or couldn't he copy the power of the chaos emeralds themselves (unless they are magical in nature - correct me if I'm wrong but I've seen nothing to suggest otherwise)? Didn't he gain his golden appearance after he scanned a star (or moon - not really sure)?

I'd like to have your thoughts on this.

I second this, it should also be mentioned that AMAZOs level of adaption is to where he no longer maintains the weaknesses he had before (Kryptonite, Flashs Personality traits.) Not to mention he achieved this form by evolving beyond his nanotech limitations and completely altering his biology

I'd also really argue his fight with Grundy to be heavily laced with PIS as he could've just warped Grundy to space and be done with it.

Yeah. He also had Hawk Girl's mace... PIS indeed. He was just too powerful for the series, so they removed him almost thoughtlessly
