Currently dark magic is treated as Darkness Manipulation, and thus the affinity for it is treated as darkness manipulation, and resistance, resistance to darkness manipulation.

However dark magic isn't darkness manipulation. Here is what it's described as:

Dark magic generally influenced the target's thoughts and perception. In combat, its main purpose was to debuff enemies. He took to it like a fish to water, and he quickly grew proficient at creating illusions to disorient foes, interfering with their ability to cast magic, and even making them hurt themselves in confusion.
~ Volume 3, Chapter 3
So Dark magic isn't darkness manipulation but Mind Manipulation and Perception Manipulation

This is also said again in regards to Eri Nakamura necromancy, it's dark magic which alters the mind and spirit of others, the advanced version is necromancy.

Eri's job was Necromancer. It used dark magic to alter the minds and spirits of others, and was primarily a magic debuffer class. The most advanced of its skills involved using dark magic to recall the lingering attachments of the deceased. The Holy Church employed a number of necromancers as mediums, and they used their powers to converse with the dead and relay their final moments to their families and friends. It was regarded as quite the sacred job.
However, necromancy's true strength didn't stop there. The proper way to use a necromancer's magic was to wrap those people's lingering thoughts in magic, then use them to possess their corpses. The corpses revived through this method were capable of using the skills they possessed when they were alive, to an extent. Furthermore, necromancers could possess the bodies of the living, and copy their skills to some extent.
~ Volume 1, Chapter 4
So the general use of dark magic deals with the mind and perception, but an advanced version is necromancy.

In conclusion an affinity for dark magic is Mind Manipulation and Perception Manipulation, and a resistance to it is a resistance to mind manipulation and perception manipulation.

This is further backed up by Noint who as an apostle has an affinity for all magic, is able to mind control ppl, which is obviously dark magic, and it doesn't work on Aiko Hatayama, much less Hajime Nagumo who has an elemental resistance.

The points in the OP look straightforward so the proposals are fine, to me.
