Flats just heard about a serial killer who will strangle anybody who dares to mess with him, and since the strangler has a bounty of $50,000 on him (dead or alive) Flats has decided he wants to kick his butt

Strangler is 9-B

Fight is in the Krusty Krab

Strangler has his scissors

Both bloodlusted

i think the strangler takes this due to experiance it's assumed that he goes for the kill while flats hasn't shown to be very skilled it's like a bully vs a literal murderer also sure flats does have good regen but i feel like the strangler could suffocate him to death by you know strangling
 
Flats is a lot bigger, though. Strangling him will be difficult and he's likely got an AP advantage with beiing thiccer.

I see him using superior size to kick TTS' butt while he attempts to strangle Flats, unsuccessfully.
 
being larger in size doesn't make someone stronger in a vs debate flats hasn't shown to be that strong he's just a bully while the strangler is a guy who trys to strangle people to death in universe
 
I'd argue that Flats was more than a mere school bully since even his dad was afraid of him.
