SpongeBob waits patiently for the arrival of Kenny the Cat. However, Kenny sends out a message that he can not come and he will be sending his cousin Tom as his replacement. SpongeBob enraged confronts Tom and violence ensues.

Okay so I'm gonna try to vote.

Tom's AP scales to his durability, which consists of:

"Has repeatedly survived massive explosions consisting of tens of dynamite sticks, and at times has only felt slightly irritated because of them. Was completely fine after falling from outer space at rapid speeds. Can withstand his own charges, which can generate enough power to mow through walls. Has survived his body being shattered into multiple pieces from terminal velocity falls into water and all sorts of surfaces, and has also survived massive beatdowns from elephants and lions. Has multiple feats on this level"

Tom's got AP down. But he cannot bypass Mid-High.

Spongebob also cannot bypass Mid-High, though, and he rarely uses his powers in a battle.

So this consists of both trying to outdo one another. In which Tom can just grab Spongebob and toss him, winning via BFR.

Both hurt each other before Tom just yeets him.

Vote for Tom.
 
although spongebob could teleport if thrown away, both of their Regenerationn and toon force is too much for each other to handle so inconclusive for me
 
Throw Spongebob?

How far exactly? He can really just use his elasticity to grab something to get back by throwing himself at Tom.
 
A kilometer or so

But Spongebob is very air absorbant, so the distance can be easily be reduced, and as per SBA the distance between the two is of 4 kilometers, just being a kilometer away doesn´t count as BFR really.

Well, if taken into account that pretty much removes the potential BFR as a relevant option in the match.
 
The place the match takes place is wide open enought to not make Spongebob get lost after being tossed by Tom.
