I shall admit that I have been curious about this particular match-up. However, I do hope this isn't a stomp. Well, without derailing, here is a match-up between my favorite light novel characters. Accelerator vs. Kurumi Tokisaki. I also ship them together.

Kurumi is in her respective peak, while this is base Accelerator (Pre-Headshot)

Both Accelerator and Kurumi are In-Character.

Speed is equalized.

Kurumi and Accelerator start 100 meters apart.

Accelerator vs Kurumi Tokisaki
The Vectors of Time

Accelerator:
Kurumi Tokisaki: 7 (Schnee One, TheEndIsNear45, EmperorDoom25, ZackMoon1234, Ionliosite, Spawn888, and The Casuality)

They go on a date (Inconclusive):

So how does Accy avoid falling into a coma? And what form of vector manip did he lead with?

Doesnt Kurumi needs to shoot bullets at people to affect them?
With time manipulation, yes, however, she doesn't need her bullets for the City of Devouring Time to work.

I am not sure, honestly. I was never sure if his vector shield could allow him to avoid Kurumi's City of Devouring Time or not.

1 draining requires vectors

2 post nt accel can (and needs to) control his life force has he can cast magic, be through vectors or simple will

3 trying aoe effect that try to affect something inside his AIM refection field don't work as showed in his fight with Nephthys

Point 1 and 3 still stands, but generally it depends on how the 2 reality warping abilities would affect each other

Kurumi doesn't have mindhax in her profile, just as a resistance. So this is a stomp.
Look at her life manipulation. It states that it makes unresistant people unconcious.

I'm already up to this point that this Accelerator dude is untouchable. Like, seriously...EVEN vectorless attacks are considered vectors to him. Nothing works! lol

I can already foresee him getting strong enough to take on cosmic level entities like Living Tribunal. It's not even funny.

This is exactly why I stopped watching and reading Index because Accelerator's ability is becoming too one-sided and boring.

Actually, Kurumi could win by time traveling in the past and kill Accel when he was kid/baby.
I actually thought about it, but I thought it would be a stupid win con.

Is that in character?
Pretty not, or at least if she see that she has no chance she could do it.

Anyway about this match, does the vector things is passive? it's pretty important

Actually thinking about this Pre Headshot Accelerator jobs a ton, so Kurumi going back in time might actually happen.

Ehh

When CDT doesn't work, Kurumi's usual tactic Clone spam + Time acceleration that allow her to blitz and kill the opponent, but this is probably useless if Accel can repel all of her attacks passively, in this case if she see that everything she throw at him is useless, she would probably go back in time.

Whelp I guess I vote Kurumi via eventually time traveling and killing Accel.

Accelerator not being bloodlusted kills him here as it gives Kurumi enough time to go back and kill him.

Acausality Type 3 makes you have other clones that can act in your place, especially when there aren't infinite amount of other Kurumi's, Accel can put her down whether it's applicable or not and she needs to actively summon them.

So no, Accel is more then capable of putting her down regardless.
