Celeste should be decently far into 10-A, being a bounty hunter who apprehends presumably athletic criminals. At the very least they're even.

She should also be skilled, if assume. She's still apprehended dangerous criminals.
 
So JJJ has military and Boxing experience

And he causally fought 3 athletes as a teen. And JJJ should be above his teenager self

So, I know nothing about Huniepop, so I need a little bit of info on the character, and I'll place a vote
 
Just the basics of the Character. Like, are they use to fighting military people? How skilled are they?

And stuff like that

I'd also say that, it seems like Celeste seems to have a intelligence edge here
 
They're used to fighting people who are like comparable, maybe superior to military characters, though that's iffy. We don't see any actual skill feats because the character comes from Huniepop but they're a well known bounty hunter outside of Earth so decently skilled?
 
So I'll be fair and assume they are equal in skill and AP (I'm pretty sure they shouldn't be far off in AP)

So Celeste has Intelligence here... Hm....

Okay i looked through it.

She's killed a whole ship full of aliens after they took her hostage and seems to go after crime lords on the regular.
 
But I mean Spider-Man is pretty skilled in H2H combat iirc. And though it was with the help of a suit he gave him a rough time meaning that even without the suit he should still have really good combat experience.
