Instant Death Discussion Thread

If Lain's revisions goes through, his Avatar would probably be "At least 8-A, likely far higher" since he is probably stronger than Sages
 
If you wanna go by the assumption that his avatar is as strong or stronger than the Top Tiers of the verse (Not God Tiers like Yogiri and his actual self) he'd probably be Large Mountain Level scaling from Vahanato, The Holy Queen, The First Sage Yogiri Killed, The Giant Agressor, and The Demon Lord dude. They all have Mountain to Large Mountain feats.
 
Whoa, that chapter was kind of sweet.

We learn that Yogiri had been under government surveillance for pretty much his entire life, or a least since he was a very small child. Also, that he didn't even have a name (Besides Okakushi-Sama or Alpha Omega) until Asaka Takatou started taking care of him.

Also, one thing I'm a bit excited about is the fact that Yogiri was actively nerfing his own abilities with the 1st seal (Which implies that there might be more restrictions that he's placed on Instant Death, but still hasn't unleashed yet)

Yeah, altough I really can't imagine what his 2nd seal or 3rd seal being released would even result in considering all that he has done up to now is supposed to be with only one seal released. Maybe him killing events or Multiversal+ whiping or something like that.

Although the whole seal thing might be untrue since Yogiri himself seems to be confused when the two girls who's name I can't recall rn talk about his seal being released, and his personality doesn't seem to fit what the girls were talking about after the seal is released.
 
Does "Instant Death" share the same setting as "Neechan wa Chuunibyou?" The two series have the same author and both feature the Dannouras as a martial arts family specializing in archery.
 
Neechan takes place on earth, ID is in another world as far as i am aware since the mc got isekai'ed, Yuichi was never isekai'ed.

Could be wrong though since i never read ID.

Yes, Instant Death takes place in different setting. Maybe they share the same Multiverse but there's nothing really pointing towards that atm.
 
I edited the HRE draft.

I took off his resistance towards madness manipulation because he simply stopped seeing the Future, unlike Aoi who got a glipmse of the true nature of Yogiri's existence.
 
Do you guys know what chapters the 7-A feats appeared? And who did it?

Also, which name would be better: The Heavenly Record Eater or just Heavenly Record Eater?

So, since the calculations were accepted, we now have:

Robot : Low 7-B+

Higashida: Low 7-B

Devil kin who destroyed the tower: Low 7-B+

Lute: He probably scales to other devil kins, so....Low 7-B+

Sealed Devil: 6-C

HRE (Avatar): At least 6-C, likely far higher

Likely higher might fit better since it is supposed to denote a case where the character is likely a higher tier, but to what degree is not specified.
 
Yes, unknown should be fine. Unless there's some proof of agressors being scalabe just by bing agressors (like most sages and sword saints) but I do not think there is.

From what I've seen, Yogiri actually has the power to make illusionary seals.
