It was a normal day, as somebody logged onto their computer to see something weird. Their cursor had been replaced with some weird eyed thing. "HELLO. NAME'S BILL, HOW YA DOIN'?" The guy on the computer was confused as he just watched Bill slowly glitch the computer.

Suddenly, something glitches into the computer as Bill looked. It was a weird rabbit thing. "WOAH. BUGS, WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU?" Nothing, not even a peep. It just wandered towards him. "OOOOOOH, WE HAVE A FIGHTER, HMMM? BRING IT."

Speed Equalized.

I think this is a stomp in Bill's favor. Bill Cipher knowingly destroyed the entirety of the 2nd dimension, which is a lot by 2D standards. What's Glitchtrap going to do against that?
