I'm willing to say that Eva-01 has the upperhand with Durability Negation and Soul Manipulation alone, even without these Eva-01 has greater attack potency due to him killing Lilith-Rei which keep in mind was capable of releasing teratons of energy just by walking while Godzilla could only withstand 5.88 gigatons from the Monster X Meteor

wait shit ignore the fact that i said Eva-01 had greater attack potency I just remebered that Godzilla was able to fire his Red Spiral ray with a force of 6.58 - 58.57 Petatons (this powerful)

So, I think I'm voting Shinji via Anti-AT Field, which appears to be his leading move and is fast enough to take effect before Gojira kills him.

Gojira doesn't have the AP to one shot and end it in the first move, plus Eva 01 has decent regen, that should give Shinji more than enough time to Anti-A.T. Field him. So yeah Shinji FRA.
