I'm willing to say that Eva-01 has the upperhand with Durability Negation and Soul Manipulation alone, even without these Eva-01 has greater attack potency due to him killing Lilith-Rei which keep in mind was capable of releasing teratons of energy just by walking while Godzilla could only withstand 5.88 gigatons from the Monster X Meteor
