  • SBA everything else
VOTES:

  • Yogiri:
  • Touma: 7 (XDragnoir, Dragonpentling, Ionliosite, Schnee One, Malox1696, Blahblah9755, Eganergo)
  • McQuee:
Yogiri
DIE.

mc queen should not work

while yogiri can restrain some of his senses not connected to his right hand, but touching those again would reactivate them, but he has a sword so it's unarmed vs armed

if u are asking if it can kill IB not it can't, not even 1C can permanently remove it, it will just appear once again even when destroying everything

Touma via more combat experience and precog.
Neither of those stop the instant death

For reference Yogiri's instant death killed the Heavenly record eater before it could kill him and it had infinite speed so instant death is faster than infinite speed

Does Yogiri just think and Touma dies before he can touch Yogiri and lol null anything?

Considering Yogiri managed to use instant death and erase the hre, who had infinite speed, before it could kill him pretty sure Yogiri kills Touma here

Just saying: will speed unrestriction and starting distance reduction to 1 m actually make the fight fairer? This case Touma may have a chance to touch Yogiri before Yogiri lol thinks.

Touma would have to touch himself to null it, as shown when Izzard tried to deathax him

ID is too fast for him to be able to do that

Thing is, I don't know if Yogiri could use ID to react to most of Touma's moves like he has against pretty much any enemy in canon.

If it's an instant death blow, or something that can easily kill him (Like a sage, HRE, or the monkey monster) he could easily react to them via ID.

But if it's someone who isn't several tiers above him and doesn't deal instant death/maim attacks. Instant Death's supernatural reaction might not be triggered, although he could still sense killing intent.

This is a hard one. Touma definitely destroys in H2H combat, but it's possible Yogiri would just dodge all of his attacks using ID (If Touma is capable of one-shoting) then attack using his sword; just like how he killed the monkey monster.

Well, this is after he uses ID and finds out he can't put down Touma with it.

ID is basically passive especially if the opponent has the intent to harm Yogiri so lowering the starting distance would still have touma die

wrong, he had to touch himself when he tired to suffocate him as he just blocked his windpipe, instant death does not work on touma , localized damage does, example he can shut down the part to not directly connected to his right hand (leg eyes, ear etc) but he would just need to touch those to fix them btw again he has a sword that's and obvious advantage

only having a sword does not guarantee victory, touma has much more combat experience than yogiri, and of course the precog.

pregoc does not work as well against normal attack especially if he can shut down some of his senses, remove the sword and it's an even fight, unless we give touma an hoodie

Touma's precog works by analyzing the opponent's involuntary movements, so it is not limited to supernatural attacks.

i know but normal attacks give less information (no AIM, mana or subtle change in the environment to pick up)

If both are in-character, Yogiri will kill him right off the bat. It doesn't target his arm, and it's in the name. Death is instant. He has no time to touch himself and prevent the death. Voting for Yogiri. Even if this turns into a melee, death lines lets Yogiri predict his attacks, and assuming he has his sword, it's already a stacked combat.

no, it would affect him so yes it would get negated, localized damage does work tho as long as it does not contain his right hand

an example would be in the LN, a magician found a clever way to bypass his right hand by messing with his sense and body functions but it could not work completely as she could not target him fully or use it on his right hand

death is instant does not matter as IB is always active and on his body, precog would not work on touma again thanks to IB and the fact that he does not have killing intent

So, nope hand wins like this?

The Japanese sees the Korean. The Japanese charges towards the Korean. The Korean lol thinks while defending with his knife. The Japanese senses the lol think superpowers and defends with his "nope hand", which is an ability contained inside his body.

  • the Japanese touches the Korean and the Korean cannot lol think. Or
  • the Korean accidentally cuts the Japanese and the dragon underneath swallows the Korean, or
  • the Korean lol thinks the dragon out-
Wait. Can the nope hand be taken out if the Korean lol thinks the dragon out?

Not voting yet.

maybe yes, maybe not, the dragons do not have any feat on the same scale as IB, but at the same time they are portrayed as having a better powernull than the IB. Btw, no, killing the dragons dont affect IB at all.

If ID doesnt work on touma then explain me why the hell izzard magic work on him?

As explained localized damage will work until touched, he should be able to "kill" part not related to his right hand (not brain, hearth, etc)

So take away his leg movement monetarily, stop his hearing momentarily etc

Has ib ever nulled death manip or attacks on his organs since you're claiming using id on him or his brain or heart wont work but for some reason his limbs would be able to be targeted

Negated death manipulation by touch in ot2, mind control can't stop him from touching his right hand, full organ faliure does not work by 2 different magic but his other part were still affected as he even had to fight with the left part of his body of line (nt 3 and 10)

He negated death manip by touch

Which means he has to touch himself to negate it

Which doesn't work if he dies instantly

He is already touching himself, IB it's his right hand

Other passive effect be negated are :removal of oxygen from body, massive reality warping that swapped body and soul (or technically body and "person"),passive hearth stop area

I know that but you said he negated death manip by touching himself

Which implies he doesn't passively null it because ib is his right hand and that he still has to manually touch like he did against izzard

......... Are u guys for real, IB it's touma right hand ok, it negates death manipulation (and any form of reality warping in general, from changing rules to creating things) obv IB needs to touch something to affect it, as he is already touching himself it won't work

I think what Malox is trying to say is that if Yogiri tries to kill Touma just by saying 'die', it wont work. But if Yogiri kills some specific parts of Touma's body, it should work, but Touma would have to touch those parts to null it
