Dark Cloud Downgrades (Quick and Simple)

I'll get straight to the point.

Several Dark Cloud characters are rated at Low 6-B scaling from True Dark Genie's statement about burning down entire countries. However there is no time frame given so we don't know how long it took it, and early in the game Dran stated it caused "massacre after massacre" meaning it didn't do this in one shot as that could mean village to village or country to country but without visuals we can't assume the higher version.

As much as I don't like seeing one of my favorite verses downgraded, it's not accurate in my opinion to keep them at that rating so all Low 6-B characters should be brought down to At least High 7-C, scaling to False Dark Genie since they look at him as fodder.

Hmm i agree, if there was no clear shown feat it should be accepted. Similar to how DxD people had statements like "will destroy all of EU" but just stops at a statement. I agree with the changes.

This downgrade is pretty straightforward so I'm just gonna preform the changes.
