To start things off the AP advantage is from Cure Peace, with 3.7X of advantage.
While Zeraora isn't the most versatile pokemon out here, he ironically has the versatily here. I will say only the important moves for him, Fake Out is obviously a lead move, it is good initial damage, Peace is a living battery for him, since most of her range attacks are electric-based, giving him enough eletricity to use either Plasma Fits or Discharge, the first is clear the better for damage, while Discharge is good to not go to CQC, which Zeraora clearly has the advantage here, more on that later. While Peace is not intelligent, i think that she would notice that her electric attacks are not really doing anything to Zera, wich would make she stop using them. Charge can be used in the initial part of the battle to give some boost to his attacks, Hone Claws can also be used, but i think that Charge is more IC to do, because that double the next electric move. When Peace stops with her attacks, Zeraora still has the Skill advantage here, with Hone Claws to boost his attacks, with other non electric moves to use, like Fury Swipes and Snarl, a minor speed amp with Quick Attack, but the best moves for this ocasion is CC and Slash. While CC is kinda like a knife with 2 blades, since it is portraied to be a "rush" attack, i think that Zera could easily overcome Peace with Close Combat in the CQC part, it will lower his Defenses, that means that after 2 of them, Zera can be ohkoed. Slash is a more safe approach with a good BP and a high critical ratio, it will be an even more safe approach when Zeraora realises that he has a good advantage in the CQC part, even without CC.
Overall, i give this to Zeraora with Mid to High-Diff. While the AP advantage can be worked around with Hone Claws, she still can one shot him after some CC, but the fact that Zera has a big advantage on CQC, should give him the win, even with the AP disavantage and the fact that he can prob be one shotted.
