May wanna equalize speed.

So from what I can tell Kanna has the AP advantage (372 megatons vs 103 megatons), as well as the range advantage (hundreds of meters vs a few meters).

Kanna also resists Empathic Manipulation and has a pretty significant experience advantage. She likely has lower stamina, but she shouldn't need more than a day to pull off a win.

So I'm going to have to vote for the dragon loli.
 
Eh it will confuse Kanna the first time she does it but she's pretty perceptive; she should be able to catch on pretty quickly. Her magic sensing and enhanced natural senses should help her pick out the right one. Also if she stays out of range and uses AoE lightning attacks, Heart won't be able to take advantage of any confusion the afterimages might cause anyway.

And, I like the idea how Pretty Cure characters actually behave like a mix of Super Sentai, Kamen Rider and Dragon Ball.

Just to be fooled around by a lot of more haxxed characters from other franchises.
 
OP, you can't just try and force something to be a stomp to keep losses off a file. The speed really should be equalized here. In close quarters even a 1.5x gap is significant, and on top of her everything else it turns the match into a stomp. If you do not equalize speed, either I will or the thread will close.
