Bill Dura/AP and Speed

While the other thread is there I'm doing this.

AP
Bill's actions were going to destroy the very fabric of existence (which is depicted as a big-ass explosion). This, at the lowest possible interpretation is Low 2-C, but is also likely to be 2-A, Bill shouldn't just be High 3-A, at most 2-A but Low 2-C, likely 2-A. The threat to the multiverse stuff also backs this up.

Dura
Why is he a glass cannon again? The dude didn't give two ***** about the very fabric of existence being destroyed and I'm fairly sure he's not suicidal or a dumbass so, I don't think that qualifies as glass cannon status due to the ^.

Speed
He should either be Infinite or Immeasurable, one of those I words. He lives in the Nightmare Realm, a place without constant physics or time and is also a rift between that. He literally kills time with his entrance into the 3-D world and has heavily implied to be unbound by it.

Conclusion
Bill should be 10-C and Below Average Human because he got outran by a bunch of kids and hurt by a spray can.

He was removing the laws of reality

Which caused a chain reaction that would destroy everything

He wasn't doing it with his own strength

Bill is fodder and should be downgraded to 11-C. Him being a threat to the multiverse is an outlier/hyperbole.

On a more serious note.

AP should just be 2-A. No High 3-A or Low 2-C. Statements of destroying existence normally go up to how big the verse is.

Durability I'm neutral on.

Immeasurable speed I agree with.

@Paul

...like

where was it ever stated that it was a chain reaction

That's a really big assumption based on squat

Litirally everything but speed was already decided in the other thread.

And for speed, Mabel was also able to survive in the nightmare realm, Bill's dreamerscape was able to do so, and killing time didn't make anyone faster.

He has conrol over time, but things were still goi9ng forward in a cronological manner, some people were faster than others, etc. etc.

Those reasonings would make litirally evetry Gravity Falls character infinite and immesurable.

Agreeing with durability. Bill was visually not giving a single shit about destroying the multiverse, impling he could tank it's eventual destruction

Also, the Skactron used the Portal as the main power not the runner.

The portal was accepted to Low 2-C since it tear the universe apart so Bill's Would be form would be Low 2-C not At least High 3-A anymore.

270-3-1

No, that was also refused. The shacktron had difficulty lifting a breadmonster and some teens running faster gave the energy needed.

Energy sources don't scale to AP.

Last time, it is was unclear if the portal works, now it is clear.

Energy may not always scale to AP from context like certain machines in real life. It is still a case by case evaluation, not a fact. In this case, Skatron is power up to fight Bill.

The Breadmonster and monsters fight were likely PIS because the Shackron would have gone from Tier 8 to To 3 AP even then.

You cannot claim it'sshowings to be pis and then say tuat it is low 2-C.

And y9u want to scape Bill to it turough the portal, and reason that it scales to the portal because of bill. That is circular reasoning.

You also failed to read the consensus reached on the other thread.

I am not using circular reasoning my claim is still for Low 2-C. I said the monster fights would be an outlier in case even with our current rating. The portal got his own Low 2-C statements/feats and mechanized weapons/mecha was built by with it as the main power to fight Bill.

Yes... but ignoring the problem that you are diiscussing for tierlow 2-C at all, there is absolutely no reason to assume the machine scales to it's power source.

Again, it is a case by case basis, not a fact. Either the interpretation is to be decided by arguments/disagreements are by votes, Ricsi-viragosi.

That is the standard, bevause a vheicle using all ofit's energy in one hit is unreasonable.

You need to prove that it scales, and your only reasoning was that it was made to fight Bill. Which is not a good reasoning if you want to use it as 0roof of Bill being Low 2-C.

The law of conservation of energy

I retract what I said about immeasurable speed for Risci's reasons.
I would just have Bill at 2-A with unknown durability.
Still, scaled to Time Baby even then

It isn't containing infinite energy at once, or the teens running giving it energy it previously didn't have wouldn't work. And the shack doesn't even have statements to handwave away everything it has ever done and say that it was PIS.

He theoretically should. We handwave away everything that doesn'tfit fir his AP rating, we'll do the same for dura.

Also I do think while Bill's whole stats are incredibly tricky and hard to figure out, I have noticed a negative stigma or attitude towards him. Every time he lost a match it was added almost immediately take for example the Asriel match. Yet when Bill beat someone it either never got added or took ages. Asriel's match took days, the Dimentio match is going on months and still hasn't been added as a win

Well then either TB is a glass cannon or it's PIS. Bill one shotting a time controlling baby overlord then taking hits from the shacktron doesn't make logical sense. Guess you could say it's weird

Yeah but that protects him from dying. He still has that low dura for being effected by those hits, it's just those hits aren't enough to kill him.

Or it's PIS, but at this point there is so much PIS that it's becoming more of inconsistency. The fact that a whole finale is full of PIS it's really, really weird

I guess we could go the route of saying Bill's Low-Godly regen is what allows him to have higher AP than dura.
That would be a High-Godly feat assuming that he as 3-D survived a 4-D construct collapse.

  • High-Godly: The ability to regenerate even after the totality of your existence is erased, alongside the reality that you are present within that exists up to your own dimensional level.

ShadowWarrior1999 said:
@Elizhaa No because he would have to be erased and come back from it.
This is my point, ShadowWarrior1999 . He can't come back with Low-Godly and the feat would be High-Godly regen which has many contradictions already.

So what do we do. You can't claim PIS on a finale of a show which makes clear emphasis on these occurrences as pivotal plot points that happen so frequently. At that point they become stats not just things you can brush aside

What are the conclusions here?
