Hi, I'm new to this (do not expect much) The case is as follows: the level must be corrected, as the rules of the table of levels say: "the low and high implements can only be used if they are in the", so "high 5b" must be corrected That is all for now PS: if you do not understand it is because of the translator :p
 
There is no "High 5-B" on the profile though. Low 5-B is an actual tier.
 
If someone has as their tier "5-B, likely higher", that's not the same as High 5-B. It's just saying that there is the potential for him to be stronger than his concrete rating.
