I mean, it's been a year so why not? Hopefully it's not a stomp for various reasons.

Speed Equalized, BC's Ultimate Form is restricted, ISCIC is restricted, Low 7-B for both characters. Win via any means possible, starting range is 15 meters and the fight takes place inside the USJ.

Can Esdeath hit intangibles? If not, Big Chill does what Big Chill is prone to do, fly through her while invisible and freeze her solid.

ESP doesn't get triggered because Ben doesn't actually give off killing intent, most stuff are still treated like games to him. I honestly thought she would have a resistance to ice manip but surprisingly no.

Aside from being covered in her own ice, has she had to deal with other ice users before?
 
How does Big Chill get past time Stop first of all.

Second off even if she doesn't have resistance to ice she can break free as she's stronger by a fairly large degree.

Esdeath leads with time stop when? Only watched the anime but she waited until the last moment to use it against Akame.

Frozen solid, Big Chill does it to fodder multiple times. The only people who aren't frozen solid are named characters who get resistance. Dwayne (correctly) realised that one of Ben's mainstays freezing solid the big bads made for a poor story.
 
Frozen solid? So like, frozen on the inside out?

I feel like by the time she went for time stop, Ben would be intangible. In which case she wouldn't be able to harm him during her time stop.

So she basically has weak Ice resistance, but actually instantly freezing her solid would probably be a bit too much for her. I can see Esdeath bringing out Time Stop if BC suddenly disappears and she can't sense him due to him not being a (conscious) murderer, but like Litentric said, if he's caught in the time stop while intengeble it really doens't help her much. You know, I remember the intangebility being brought up in the match last this happened, but I don't remember anyone mentioning that's how he froze people and I and other wrote it off as useless. This might have been nessasary.
 
His intang doesn't have to freeze things (he doesn't bother with inanimate things like walls, machinery etc.) but it can if he wants (like people he fights). Alternatively he can use his ranged variant but that only freezes things over rather than solid. Any attempt of his at range gets an ice pillar spam in return leading to intang, invisibility and a frozen Esdeath.
