Attack Potency: Wall level (Mata Hari is considered an extremely sub-par Servant who isn't suited for the battlefield, having never participated in conflict herself and is so weak that she doubts that her wish will ever be granted. Intelligence: Mata Hari is an experienced dancer and courtesan who was once called the most desirable woman in France. Bewitching men and women on stage and in bed, she was able to pry even tightly guarded secrets from the lips of high-ranking officials with her gentle touch. However, in combat, Mata Hari is woefully lacking, as she would never survive for long in a traditional Holy Grail War, a fact she bemoans as she knows that it is highly improbable for her to ever see her wish granted.

Weaknesses: Mata Hari has no actually combat experience or training and will quickly fall if pitted against anyone immune to her wiles

Notable Attacks/Techniques: Noble Phantasm Mata Hari: The Girl Who Has Sunny Eyes: The crystallization of Mata Hari herself as a Noble Phantasm, she performs one of her signature dances while spreading her pheromones all around, forcibly numbing the thoughts of those in range. This Noble Phantasm will instantly entrance civilians and magi, but it will even affect Servants without skills that provide resistance to attacks on the mind or complete insanity through Mad Enhancement. Upon completion, the affected targets become Mata Hari's puppets, doing whatever she asks of them.

The effects of this Noble Phantasm last until the next sunrise and no trace of its application is left after it wears off. As a result, it can be used repeatedly against the same target(s). Furthermore, anyone who succumbs to it will be more likely to fall under its sway again should Mata Hari use this Noble Phantasm once more.

Class Skill

  • Presence Concealment: The signature skill of the Assassin class, it erases one's presence from prying eyes, making it nearly impossible to detect the user until they move to attack. However, Mata Hari has lost the use of this skill due to her Espionage skill.
Personal Skills

  • Espionage: Having not acted as a proper Assassin in life, Mata Hari does not possess Presence Concealment. Instead, her seductive ways prevent her from being registered as hostile until the moment she decides to attack. She will instead be mistaken for a friendly neighbor, a harmless pebble, or one's most beloved person.
  • Pheromone: The ability to secrete or emit a substance that has an affect on those of the same race. Mata Hari's smell is able to dissolve the wariness of men and women alike, allowing her to infiltrate heavily guarded compounds without arousing hostility for as long as she watches her words carefully.

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Regenerationn (Low-Godly, though this takes time), Skilled marksma, Immortality (Types 1, 3, and 8), Mind Manipulation, Mind Control, Can restore people's lost memories, alter memories, and create and insert false memories, as well as force people to relive their worst memories, Sleep Manipulation

Attack Potency: Wall level+ physically (Superior to Ooyama), Wall level with weapons

Speed: Athletic Human

Lifting Strength:
Normal Human

Striking Strength:
Wall Class+

Durability:
Wall level+ (Comparable to if not superior to fodder SSS members who can tank a cannon exploding at point blank range with only minor injuries)

Stamina: High

Range: Standard melee range, Dozens of meters with pistols

Standard Equipment: A pair of Heckler & Koch USP pistols

Intelligence: High (Was able to trick the SSS into believing he was an NPC for quite some time, Was able to predict the SSS' plan to discredit Angel and manipulated it so he would come into power. Works as the SSS's backup strategist and is able to analyze and exploit weaknesses to their fullest extent, such as when he used the SSS's refusal to harm NPCs to his advantage so he and his army could slaughter them)

Weaknesses: Has a God Complex

Notable Attacks/Techniques:

  • Hypnotism: Ayato has the ability to control people's minds and memories at will. This ranges from putting people to sleep, restoring lost memories, forcing people to relive their worst memories, making people commit suicide, and making people believe that they are inanimate objects (such as toilet paper) or inferior to inanimate objects (such as clothespins). His hypnotism is potent enough to manipulate even Yuri's mind, who was able to recognize and break free from a soul-devouring constructed fantasy through sheer willpower. However, this ability does have some limitations: He has to be fairly close and he must make eye contact with his target, and while once this is established it cannot be broken by the target, outside parties can interrupt the process.

Can Mata even bypass Mid-Godly? How long does it take?

Other than that, if he can see through her initial wiles (which I don't know his character so I'm not sure) she's completely boned.
 
How long is required for incap? Right now, it seems like Mata just dances since she can't actually harm Ayato and he won't register her as an enemy.
 
@Anonymous Ayato doesnt have to register people as an enemy in order to hypnotize them, he regularly hypnotizes people for fun

His gun should have enough mystery behind is seeing as its a gun made in limbo from a handful of dirt transmuted into gun parts from memory
 
He needs to relatively close to hypnotize and I don't remember him ever just shooting people he sees as friendlies just for the hell of it. Don't remember him hypnotizing friendlies either tbh.

And he definitely has mystery since he is a ghost with a gun from wherever they are stuck in.

I don't consider people who annoy me friendlies but eh, I guess.

I think I will vote Mata for incap via drugging him with her dancing and shooting him with his own gun. While he may hypnotize her, she hasn't done anything to warrant it at the beginning so while he is high as a kite, she can take his gun and "kill" him with it.
 
He would regen from it though, he has 24 hours to do so and regenning from a gunshot wound only takes a few minutes to a few hours depending on where she shoots him
 
Mata should have a general advantage here. One skill makes her pass off as either insignificant and unimportant or someone Naoi sees positively, and while he has to get pretty close and do eye contact, she can do her shtick from a range similar to his gun.

I also agree Hinata isn't a good comparation. Being annoyed is a shallow reason, but it's a reason. Much different from someone you either don't care about or see in a good light.
 
When did that happen on a whim? Last I remember he was abusing the SSS's reluctance for targetting NPCs, unless you are referring to a different instance.

Also, use an example like that first. That many people on a whim and a single person because he's annoyed is very different.
