Thomas the Kung-Fu Master vs Ringo Roadagain

Pretty sure this is Wall level actually if they're completely coated by flames
 
Still won't go through Ringo's Building level+ dura.
 
Don't really know anyone considering the fact that Ringo is a stone wall with no dura negating hax.
 
Actually, is there any good reason Ringo is 10-A? There seems to be no indication of where that tier comes from.

Not sure, I'm guessing its just because he is pretty athletic. His attack Potency should be at least as powerful as a handgun.
