No one has found the strongest High 3-A or 2-C yet?.
 
@LordGriffin1000 High 3-A is between Sauron and another High 3-A from a visual novel. Also some people were telling me to separate High 3-A into Infinite 3-D and Finite 4-D. 2-C still hasn't been decided because of ABC problem.
 
To be fair, IIRC To Aru has characters infinitely above baseline high 1-C, but the transcendence is as well and hax a fuckload of hax as well + mid godly that they can't kill
 
Id just like to remind everyone that just because someone in a tier beats or incons everyone else in the tier, that doesn't mean that they're the strongest because others may be able to defeat higher-tiered characters that the "strongest" one cant
