could the Transcendence take on somehow who couldn't mind hax the Downsteamers, but stalemated or beat them anyways?

i don't think this happened, as it's a hypothetical scenario, but correct me if i'm wrong
 
High 1-C Adventure Time was rejected IIRC

Even if it did get accepted, The Cosmic Imagination, despite being bullshit hard to kill, doesen't resist mindhax, at all, which isn't good against someone who spams the everloving **** out of it.

To be fair, it was also you who was using TES characters for High 2-A and Low 1-C before Matt had even made the thread about revising them.
 
They weren't on the list, though. A spot was just left clear because of how blatant it was that nobody beats a 1-A passive.

She's part of TES, so she's probably just canonically weaker or something.

Also, just straight up beating people won't necessarily get you the spot if you're overspecialized or something. There's a reason Kharn was never in the 5-A spot back when he was 5-A, despite beating all the other contenders.
 
Came here to see Elder Scrolls slowly take over every tier with its high-quality smurfing.

Whoever's at High 4-C is probably getting replaced with Pelinal.

I don't think there's anything he can do against infinite respawning Gods that are slapping him about, and since he can't beat Type 1 Abstract either.
