He can't destroy something called Regulators which regulate all of creation. High 1-A maybe since he has drawn everything with his pencil (they're all fiction for him), including the 1-A outside and beyond the far shore

Regulators aren't living beings, they shouldn't get a profile IMO. Thanos might get a key since in this story he has gained the power of Regulator and all abstract beings of his reality

I think likely more than possibly. But that is besides the point... It is fair to see he is limited here.
TOAA outright stated that he is one of the Regulators, and since Thanos is a Regulator now too... Oh crud. Looks like he accomplished what he wanted w/ HotU.... Just on a unfathomably higher level.

Okay... After reading it again... Maybe not. But they are at least implied to be > TOAA based on him not being able to do anything about one of the Regultors (Which Thanos has control of, so yeah...) . It's weird, but heavily implied to be the case, even called by LT as a power greater than his Master at the end. Though TOAA does respond negatively, but kep in mind doesn't deny it outright either , it doesn't contradict the statement.

The regulars are objects which stabilize the multiverse, which he created, not beings comparable to him. Since Thanos has assimilated all universal abstract + the infinity gems + the regular of his reality and then later TLT into his being, he's reached a level of power where he cannot be destroyed without destroying all existence with it.Setsuna tenma said:
