Downstreamers' High 1-C/3-A Durability Downgrade and Add Reactive Eevolutionn

Its pretty much quoteless revision thread because it just requires a bit of thinking.

So, total destruction of Multiverse after the collapse of vacuum level. They are erased, or should be erased from existence.

Then they regen from it. Becoming one with the multiverse, becoming God of the Manifold.

Which means, High 1-C Key does not tank High 1-B destruction. High 1-B destruction killed them. They just can regen from it. Into more powerful form.

Points of this thread :

• Durabity downgrade from Likely High 1-B to High 1-C. For High 1-C Key.
• Reactive Evolution. Because killing them only makes them stronger.

Normally I would ask Azathoth to comment here, but he is unfortunately missing at the moment, so I am not sure what to do.
