Speed is Equal, 8B Eversor assasin has no Low 5B stuff aside from his Suicide Bomb, of course, 8B Lich, battle takes place in the gungeon (Obv)

Lich is resurrected by Kaliber's timehax each time he gets incapped in a way that circumvents her will (basically, anything that prevents him from suffering longer under her thumb).
 
1. You gotta beat his regen

2. You have to deal with his link to Kaliber
 
So, what does Eversor open with? I know poison manip won't work (again, Lich doesn't really have a way to be poisoned, what with no blood/skin/functioning organs to operate with, or any biological material at all).
 
No. Well. Not to my knowledge. Works across time and space, and seemingly through other dimensions. But if their BFR works differently, maybe.

Anyhoo. Until Wok comes to prove me wrong and point out the astounding hax that this guy has that granted him the ability to stop win streaks like Konny's...

I vote for Lich via just survivability. Regen + Time-Based Resurrection should anything unfortunate happen.
 
I did actually calc very low-tier Warcraft, as in, literal fodder, to be 8-A
 
I mean

He still has smurf abilities, as in, a Low 5-B potency splosion, just... that doesn't do a lot in this case.
 
No their explosions aren't low 5-B unless they're 5-B. Melta bombs are like tier 6 unless plot upscales them though.

The only super haxxed assassins are the Culexus Assassins. The others, while they've got great stuff for durability negation, don't have much else besides some of the best skill feats in the verse.

If you give him the Low 5-B explosion then no matter what happens in the fight the Lich dies when the Eversor dies, assuming the Eversor doesn't just dodge everything and kill him the normal way, then lich regens. It's technically a weird form of inconclusive, but It's probably more just a mismatch than anything else.
 
Isn't everyone 8-C though? Lowest Assassins are High 8-C, though C2 and I gotta get the Callidus section fixed up.
 
Lich won't die in the explosion because of Kaliber

I thought he negated the connection between them but that's Cuekexus only
 
Yeah the profile formatting for the assassinorum is a little weird right now. I had some concerns about the Culexus, and C2 found stuff that we can use to give the assassin with all unknowns actual stats, so I'll probably clean it up a bit when that revision can be made.

Time Hax is the only reason Eversor loses.

If it was without Kaliber it would likely lose to the assasin

I have a question regarding incapping The Lich. Will sensory overload and paralysis inducement work on him without Kaliber stepping in?

Asking this for Kenshi vs The Lich ovo
 
Actually considered Kenshi as a possibility since Lich already beat Scorpion.

Paralysis, I would say it depends on how it is implemented, as Kaliber doesn't enjoy things being taken out of her control. If, for example, Lich was just kept in place and forced to suffer, then he'd probably be incapped.

Sensory overload... again, I'd need more context.
 
Paralysis works by Kenshi emitting some sort of mental waves that immobilize the target.

Sensory overload works by him overloading your senses which causes a KO.
