Well actually the speed downgrade might not be to much. Since a casual Garou while holding back is still notably superior to a dude with Sub-Rel+ combat speed. So instead of Rel+ they could just be Rel.

AP is the bigger issue I guess since the manga seemingly removed the webcomic line and there's nothing else supporting 5-B Saitama. So he may need to be changed to "At least High 6-A" due to the serious punch and holding back against Boros.
 
Bomb would need his reasonings changed probably,GS needs his removed, Space Octopus might need his attack speed nerfed, and PPP may need to be downgraded to "Likely Low 7-C"
 
Poor Geryuganshoop. It was actually kinda cool to speculate about his sub-relativistic attacks against Tornado. Guess that hype train came and went.
 
Gale Wind and Hellfire Flame = 5.7% light

Flashy Flash = Notably superior to them both

Monster Garou = Faster than Flashy Flash without releasing his brain's limiter on his muscles

Saitama = Superior speed wise to Garou to the point where he needed to preemptively dodge to avoid his attacks

So maybe Saitama gets Rel combat speed and Boros/Garou get "At least Sub-Rel+"?
 
Nah you can be a speed tier higher if you display notably superior attributes. DCEU Superman and Flash are Sub-Rel on the basis of being at least 2x faster than Wonder Woman for example.
 
Changes I see

Monster Garou : At least Sub-Relativistic+ (Faster than Flashy Flash)

Boros : At least Sub-Relativistic+ (Comparable to Monster Garou according to ONE)

Saitama : He has two

Bomb: At least Large Town level (Bang and Bomb often fight together and Bomb can hold his own with him. His skills have also been stated to be on the level of an S-Class Hero. Capable of harming Garou)

Pri-Pri-Prisoner: Either At least Multi-City Block level, likely Small Town level or Likely Small Town level (Stronger than before)

Blast: Speed: At least Sub-Relativistic+, likely higher (Supposedly able to keep pace with God Level monsters)


Everyone good with these changes?
 
I can apply the changes to everyone but Saitama and Boros. If someone would unlock them I'll update it right now
 
Don't jump so fast to downgrades. The manga view from Murata is always accepted and confirmed by ONE before publication in Young Jump Web Comics and Weekly Shonen Jump Magazine in America. Most of his notable live streams, he talks about office time with ONE when creating certain Volumes for OPM. Besides that Murata interpretations still go through ONE.
 
RIP caped Baldy's Tier 5 rating. You'll be missed.

And he may actually get more wins once he gets downgraded.
 
When he speaks through ONE he usually mentions needing to talk to him first or has already done so. In the above linked comment he was spefically talking about the Geryuganshoop quote. At the very least speed needs to be revised, if not everything I mentioned
 
Yes but when he flat out says that what he says is explicitly non-canon we cant use it, especially when there arent feats to back it up
 
This makes it a crossroads if Murata states in previous streams about his all the volumes that ONE officially gave the A-Ok too whether them not being canon doesn't take away the fact that the main Author of One Punch Man approved it and allowed it to be published.
 
This seems legit. And I agree with Matt regarding Saitama's speed.

Ignoring Murata's WoG, what does Saitama have? All that's left is a webcomic statement that was made when he was mad about his dinner being intruppted and was removed from the Manga. At least High 6-A is basically all he has at the moment.
 
Murata revamps the manga, yet states his word shouldn't be considered cano, but still ONE approves it before its published. This is like a giant stamp on "Offical Canon" even if Murata doesn't credit is own lines as official. ONE still holds the mantle here of what gets through and what does not.
 
I agree, what is in the manga is 100% canon. But what statements in the manga support PPP > DSK, Geryuganshoop having sub-light attack speed, or Saitama being planetary?
 
@Sense ONE has never stated that Murata's word is canon, has never referenced any of what he has said, and most importantly 99% of what Murata said isnt present anywhere in the manga
