I haven't watched Ben 10 in literal years, so I don't remember: does Upgrade have any problem controling sentient technology or can he do it just fine?

Think Ultron could eventually resist Upgrade trying to take him over. Then its just a matter of Ultron beating Upgrade senseless.

MCU even would most likely destroy Upgrade. I don't see Upgrade destroying his armor. Even if this is MCU, Thor has a hard time damaging him. I don't see Upgrade doing shit to him.

Why is upgrade not hacking him exactly? Ben was taking over advanced alien tech with pure instinct as Upgrade. An actual Galvanic Mechamorph that probably fights others of its kind via hacking would be way better.

Why? Ben spends his time taking over alien tech advanced enough to poke people and make them cyborgs more advanced then what humans are capable of making without access to other alien tech. These people can then be controlled easily by whoever has the remote.
An actual mechamorph is definitely better than a 10 year old with limited experience as one. They were also created by someone far smarter than Tony and are one of the smartest races in the universe which includes the likes Greymatter and Brainstorm.

Oh right this is the dumb MCU version... they screwed Ultron up so hard. Yeah Upgrade fra but this might be stompy.
Edit: I was getting them mixed up due to how much I love Ultron and forgot how terrible his MCU counterpart was.

Gods, get comic Ultron away from Upgrade. I like this alien. This could be the OG upgrade and it would be the same. Ultron may have a chance to do something about that one though. He shoots lasers doesn't he?
Edit: Wait, no. Mid High means Ultron can't do anything. It comes down to a hacking battle which really depends on what people find to be more impressive hacking. If Ultron wins Mid-High saves Upgrade and Upgrade can even go inside the vibranium shell and start attacking the insides without trying to connect to Ultron. Its pretty much an Upgrade wins or incon match.
