A pirate fights the number 1 hero.

Enies Lobby Saga to Marineford War Luffy (He uses Gears, so he's 7-B)

Weakened All Might (7-B)

Speed equalized.

Fight takes place in an unpopulated area, so All Might won't hold back.

Luffy gets my vote cause of his versatility. He can only be hurt by haki in this scenario. He als has the speed advantage with gear 2 and he has way better endurance that what All Might has shown.
 
All Might can affect Luffy with the shockwaves. That's Lucci's killing blow. The problem is that I don't think All Might can target the internal organs so it's just a very strong wind.

Luffy is a better fighter (defeating people with better versatility than All Might who is a brawler) and has the speed and stamina advantage. I was gonna say this is unfair but this Luffy hasn't mastered G2 nor G3 so he waste more energy and hurt himself with the Gears (All Might is gonna be Deku's flashbacks here) so All Might has the regular AP advantage.

All Might will hold back his powers if they are innocent bystanders in the vicinity so I think this would be better in a non-populated locatio.

But even still Luffy can blitz All Might and do good damage with his fighting style. All Might can still harm Luffy with the blunt force resistance and more if he's in base form.

Luffy via higher skill, speed and resistances.

Blunt force resistance means most of AMs Attacks are useless, and Luffy can just use a Speed Amp and blitz?

Actually does this version of Luffy have speed amps?
 
Gear Second is a speed amp.

Note that Lucci was comparable to Luffy and was still capable of hurting him with blunt force attacks (barely).

Luffy's stats amps are good but G2 put strain in his body and doesn't last much at least he push it and G3 after effects transforms him in Chibi Luffy making him defenseless.

All Might can give him the Nomu's treatment and BFR him. Luffy can't cancel the inertia and his body is very light in comparison to All Might similar AP and superior Lifting strength.

So no. I think this isn't a stomp. Luffy can blitz for moments but I don't think the AP difference is enough to grants a win by it. All Might can AP stomp if Luffy goes normal after the strain becomes too much.
 
Luffy has way better endurance lol and using the Lucci fights is even more proof of how long he can push gear 2

Also Luffy in characte will just bend his body to incoming attacks. For example if AM try's to hit Luffy stomach Luffy can just bend his whole body to dodge it.
 
Luffys resstance to blunt force alone should be emough to wi this. Everything else just makes it an overkill
 
Maybe Zoro's stronger (7-B is Fishman Island Zoro) but AM can affect him and Zoro doesn't have Speed amps.
 
I don't think so. Luffy's (Marineford) weaker than Zoro (Fishman) but he has no Luffy's advantages (rubber body, speed amps).

What was the strongest hit that Luffy absorbed with his blunt force resistant? Because All Might overpowered a guy who did this just that by hitting them even more when he only had seconds left on his timer. How did no one bring this up?
 
Yeah, he did that. But I don't remember if he knocked Nomu or just BFRed it. If the latter I suggest that option before.

But still Luffy has speed amps and better skill.
 
And now that I think about it I think it isn't the same. Luffy's body bounces back the blunt force unlike Nomu's which nulls the impact and inertia. Yagi can still hit Luffy and he'll be flying for the battlefield but he won't get much damage from that.
