Ness vs Whis

Really though, Whis's combat experience (has been alive for what? A long freaking time, so judging by how strong he is, he has a lot of combat experience), can win him the fight. Ness has semi Omnipresence, but would Ness actually use that in a fight? No, he usually goes ahead and takes his enemies on head to head. Proof? Every fight he's been in. So Whis could speed blitz him (unless I missed something insanely important here).

A few things. First, Whis' combat experience would help him no way against someone who has a totally different tatic than anyone else he's probably ever fought: mind manipulation. Your proof about every fight was him pre-melodies, who probably gets blitzed by Yamcha. This is post-melodies, which I'm pretty sure is the one who fought Giygas, an omnipresent being. Coming from someone who made a Whis/Beerus vs Giygas thread back when Giygas was 3-A, Giygas stomps hard b/c of omnipresence, among other things. And even with your head on arguement, Whis normally underestimates his opponents. Name one time other than Beerus that Whis has taken seriously. He'd expect Ness to rush him, and then get hit in the mind with something he can't fly his way out of.

Ness has Universe Level AP/DC with his phychic power. The psychic consiousness of Ness became one with the universe, making Ness's phychic power omnipresent. Ness takes down Whis before he can think to react.

Than how does Ness lose to SHULK?!

Well Shulk is kind of tier low 2-C, he can kind of destroy time so he wins lol ^
Aaaahhhh. That explains a lot. Dear gosh Nintendo, soloing everything. Your Multiversal SMG Mario (which I still think is BS because he can get bodied by a Goomba, I don't care if it's Game Mechanics Mario you don't get an excuse), Universal Bowser, Ness, Shulk, and Arceus, what's next?! Omnipotence? Nintendo is just out to solo everyone's verse... Except for DC,Marvel, and Spawn.

^ Lol I don't think Soloing every other verse is there intention. That's more like the intention of Origninal TOAA from Marvel with their definition of omniverse lol.

Whis if he doesnt mind destroying the universe.
How is he going to do this with his mind in shambles or at the mercy of Ness near omnipresent speed. Worst case scenario here is beerus is gonna be changing his diapers for next 1000s of years. Don't see how this pull the win hear Ness greater versatility and can bypass whis durability due to his mind base attacks and Dragonball lack of resistance from someone on his scale. Can we add this to Ness victory's already and lock this.

Ness became the universe itself.

Yet he has no feats that he can destroy itself or stuff inside of it.

Whis easly destroys the universe.

Whis wins.

Basically, you're saying that Ness has a universal durability due to becoming the universe, but he has no AP feats to put him at a universal AP?

Even if Ness didn't have Universe-level AP (which he does), he could simply paralyze Whis and hit him with PK Flashes repeatedly until it killed him (by which point Whis would be crying and confused).

I think that's seven, assuming HIT and Pokemon Trainer Jacob are for Ness, as it looked like PTJ changed his vote in the end, and HIT thought it should be added to Ness. If I'm wrong, you two can tell me, but for now, I'm requesting.

Data's right. Darn. Now I'm upset that I got the definition changed. But considering that his omnipresence is able to piss off the 4-D Giygas, does that mean he has 3D powers with 4-D omnipresence?

However, with Whis being in character (yet willing to kill), he'd probably try to test Ness and make the biggest mistake of his life.

Well Giygas could only be killed when the entire world and the player themself was praying for Giygas to die, but you kinda have a point there.

I did, but when it was requested, it was all but 2 for Ness, and one person switched to Ness' side. So at the time, it was 8-1 or something like that.
