Monica Pinkston vs Tart

Ik, Monica most likely takes this since, at best, very little of Tarts hax can even affect her due to her resistance and the fact that Monica will most likely open with spam

She has resistance to approximately none of Tart's hax tho
 
Im assuming that most of Tarts hax is magic based due to her being a magical girl, but i might be wrong about that

She was entirely unaffected by anything the Serpents Hand thrw at her, and they're an extrauniversal magic organization
 
Magic is a very broad term in SCP, but the SH had access to an extradimensional library to get stuff from to usw, and still couldn't affect her

BFR: yes, she nulled/fought a guy who could BFR stuff out of reality

Restraining: I remember a bunch of SH guys having time-lock spells, but im not sure if that counts

Fate: Dont know about this one
 
Tart's restraint are solid shadows that grab people.

Her fate manipulation is "I win", it's passive, and it was good enough to make her High 3-A

Monica blows herself and shoots Tart with the pieces

Depending on the strength of Monica's reality warping, woulsnt somwthing like that make this a haxstomp?
 
Ok, the only reason Monica could really do anything other than spam Tart to death is the fate manip

I don't know if the SH has anything explicitly fate-altering (even though they most likely do, Weekly'd be the one to answer that question). But, it may be able to be nulled by her, depending on how her null works

Also, taking a look at the profile, that fate manip doesn't look particularly combat applicable, but i could be wrong
 
So Tart may be able to escape Monica's BFR but Monica can't escape hers and she leads with BFR


What does Monic lead with?

It is. The only thing that Tart can't do is activate it mid combat, but it's irrelevant because the one affecting her is always active.

Tart's BFR is literally a portal that grabs people btw. And it sends you to a 2-A plane of existence
