Now that I think about it, the Wither Storm's main attacks are the withr sickness, the skulls that he usually shoots and the tractor beams (which wouldn't be that useful with big enemies like guzzlord)

Well, I think it mostly depends on how big is the Wither Storm since Guzzlord has a higher variety of attacks to destroy the wither storm. So, if the Wither Storm is big enough, Guzzlord might not see the Command Block and when he destroys the Wither Storm, he might start eating him and he will regenerate, while the Whiter Storm infects Guzzlord until he dies. So it's mostly a battle of the Wither Storm being big enough to avoid Guzzlord eating his Command Block and regenerating until he dies of the Wither Sickness.

Is it worth noting that Guzzlord usually just eats indiscriminately? I bet if he does eat the command block, it will be largely because he just happened to get his claws on it, and likely wouldn’t understand how the wither storm is regenerating. Basically pure chance.

Well, that's the thing I've tried to say. Since Guzzlord eats everything indiscriminately, if the Wither Storm is of big proportions and just pray that Guzzlord isn't lucky to get the Command Block.

The only way that I see Guzzlord win is if he somehow just randomly eat the command block. Instead, the Wither Storm has either pure luck by surviving long enough so that Guzzlord dies from the Wither Sickness OR if his skulls somehow hits Guzzlord's second head.

I’ll vote incon. Between both of their appetites, Guzzlord will happily tear into an eternally regenerating witherstorm until one falls for good, but I can’t decide which one I think is more likely to fall first.
