Anyway, you don't even need this thread to know how this is going to end, Steven is bloodlusted and has no defence against Death Manipulation, so he one-shots and they both die. Seriously, what's even the point of those fights? We know how it's going to end.
 
This is more annoying then that time I constantly spammed Sans. Take off the bloodlust and you might have something but this is just boring.

Would characters that gets revived after they die or mind control him be a good counter to his ability
 
Hermes talked him and resonated in his heart. He wanted to commit suicide to die with her more and more. His version of friends are the ones who dies with him.
 
If this is 100% in character, then my vote goes to Steven. If Thunder tries anything, Steven could knock him out and then keep reasoning with him via his telepathy and Astral projection and if anyone can get through to him it's Steven.
