Jotaro VS Dio but with a twist

Diego has none of the advantages that DIO had, while Jotaro has massive battle experience so Jotaro easily.

If it's only Dio (Alt) Vs. Jotaro, it's basically just Jotaro Vs. Jotaro in the end except Jotaro has experience, knows Dio's tricks and would know his stand's power from the start. Hell Jotaro may pull the pretend and cant move thing to fool Dio and pop his head off the moment he gets close, which opposed to DIO, would spell instadeath for AltDio.

Yeah, and it was probably never added in the past because Jotaro has such an overwhelming advantage against Diego.
