Technically Oscar should kinda oneshot seeing as he scales to Hazel who can oneshot Weiss' Queen Lancer which was undamaged by an 18 ton attack while Naruto and Sasuke scale to a 13 ton attack

Actually Oscar should be fast enough to blitz as he can blitz people faster than Sasuke. And Aura would protect him from being burned so no, he's not getting roasted. Plus Sasuke only has limited Chakra.Konaguna said:

Because one-shotting someone who is completly unharmed by 18 tons tends to mean that there is not a 5X AP gap between a 65 ton and the afromentioned guy.
