Mr. Burns vs. Pickle Rick

If he's a talking pickle, Mr. Burns can just.... pick him up and eat him? or just break him in half? Voting Mr. Burns considering that Rick can't move to begin with.
 
Is he even strong enough to lift a pickle? He has been pushed back by the photons on a beam of light, was overpowered by the weight of a sponge and is shown to be light enough to be pushed away by the wind and is weaker than an ant.
 
Even though the pickle who shall not be named can't move, Mr. Burns can't actually do anything to him.

The pickle outlives Mr. Burns, who dies from old age.

Burns's profile was supposed to be revised with a varying tier as suggested there, but for some reasons it was never done
