Depends on whether Existence + Non-Existence erasure and Absorption on his own level bypasses that.

Which I'm not sure if it does since as far as I understand wasn't the Lady of Pain pretty high above your everyday High 2-A? Even in this high end, Lavos is baselinish at best.
 
Rechecked her profile and yeah, LoP seems pretty high on the high 2-A scale here. I'm guessing she stomps if her presence alone is already enough to work as "I win" button.

EDIT: lel She's comparable to Ao, that thing that power nulls high 2-As with a thought. Definitely stomp.

Well, then we're back to the previous question of how high she is in High 2-A scale.

Though if the LoP's presence alone is already enough to obliterate the Multiverse, I'm assuming she would be pretty far up on that.

Kinda tough to say. What we do know is that she was capable of restructuring the multiverse in such a way that it basically led into the next edition of the game. So like, changing its entire cosmology as opposed to simply reordering the infinite universes. This is something I don't think beings like Ao are even capable of, as even with his complete and utter transcendence of the gods under his jurisdiction, he's limited to his relative sphere of influence, whereas the Lady changed everything. Assuming Ao is one of many Overgods in the multiverse, as implied in Waterdeep, I'd say she's decently high up there, as "restructuring the full extent of the multiverse" isn't actually common within the setting.
 
Pretty sure she has more than enough on her end of the bargain to kind of just Nuke Time Devourer from the Entire Multiverse/DBT, then.

Since her hax involve things of the Law and Conceptual scale as well, that's well past what the limits of Lavos' survivability can warrant.

Not sure if Decisive or Stomp.

If it's the former I vote LoP, low diff.
