Bub vs Mario

I'm not sure if you can restrict equipment.

Anyway this still seems to be in Mario's favour. They both have several haxes that can net them a win, with Mario having arguably a bit more versatility. however Mario also should have the AP advantage should it come to that.
 
I know this hasn't been touched on in a while, but I'm pretty sure Mario's at 8 FOE for AP based on a blackhole feat. Compared to Bub who doesn't have a calc and appears to be baseline because of that, Mario should be able to one-shot.

And Mario has a ton of good abilities and haxs to counter Bubs arsenal to get that hit in to win.

Mario should probably take this pretty easily.
