Well Arceus won this before the upgrade. That was when Bill's hax seemed like nothing to Arceus. So it may be different now
 
Arceus had a chance against Bill in the past, but now...?
 
Bill stomps now. Chase Young would be a much better opponent.

I mean if none of Bill's haxes are instant and on thought, this match might be debateable. We know for sure that Bill has no passives.

Also not sure about Chase.
 
Well, the thing with that is Chase isnt killing Bill Cipher, meanwhile Bill can actually win so it stands to reason that Bill would eventually win even if he didn't Concept Manip straight away. When Bill gets mad he eventually has enough and does what he needs to win so he should beat Chase.

This match is different because while Bill has more ways to win, he doesn't really use them while Monika only really has one and she actually uses it.
 
This fight seems like a stomp for Bill. Furthermore, Arceus's type 9 immortality can be bypassed by conceptual manipulation. This fight thread ,Arceus's only loss by Khorne , proved this.
 
Arceus gets sh*tted on by Bill now, post upgrades and mindset change.

(Alex Hirsh confirmed that Bill only jobbed because it was "necessary" for his plans, would've instantly vaporized Ford as soon as Bill got what he wanted, and even when he's tricking you with words, he's imagining hundreds of ways to kill/maim/torture you.)
 
Yeah, and really it seems as though the upgrade really helped Bill. It seems as though Bill never used his crazy abilities because he was too arrogant (or PIS) and thought he could just win. When he saw someone as powerful as the Time Baby he took zero chances and killed him instantly. The shacktron was pure PIS because the show made it out to be something Bill couldn't kill because it resisted his powers and Bill didn't know how to handle it because he was so stunned that he wasn't hurting the thing. Time Baby though is a much more powerful being than the shacktron, Bill took no chances because he knew/saw how powerful the Time Baby is and he destroyed it instantly. He would do the same to Arceus

I don't think it works to be honest, Arceus is basically the entity that created the emotions, the willpower, the knowledge and the mind as a whole.

Cal agreed in a similar thread thread that a character with 2-A and Multiversal+ Range destroys Arceus, if Bill lost because people downplayed him, its not my issue.
