Okay, I understand Flynt is 8-C+ and Lucio's High 8-C, but the AP gap is only 2x from what I'm aware of; and Flynt can probably still significantly harm Lucio via Quartet from how it works (3x boost).

I'll remove if it ends up being a stomp, but this matchup seems awesome enough for me to take that risk.

I don't usually like adding themes, but this is playing.

Speed is equalized.

I remember when i wanted this matchup. Right after 8-A RWBY.

Welp, Lucio ofc has the speed and mobility advantage, being able to easily run circles around the static trumpet player, which has made Flynt take multiple attacks, while lucio will be dodging the majority

Lucio also has his own better healing, not to mention also having a shield that will block Flynts long range attacks

But ofc, ,Flynt using his semblance was able to tag Weiss who was considerably fast, mainly because she ran into it but still.

Probably, causing yet another Overwatch vs RWBY spark, gonna have to go for Lucio on the fact for better versatility and his higher mobility and healing. Flynt doesnt use any dust, he had to take some from the battlefield in his only fight. I swear he better come back in V6.

Btw, is there any way to calculate the durability of Hammonds escape pod? Might give a consistent durability feat, since he improved and upgraded it into a mech
 
@Jinx I did a rough calc that put its durability at 3.4 tons of tnt

High 8-C

Though it would probably be best if someone did a more accurate calc as i just eyeballed it
