A simple duel.

Who would win and why?

Note: I thought it would be interesting to see a fight against a Storm-wielder and an Umbrella user.
 
Nami ca also create Illusions of herself and make herself completely invisible with mirages

True but Neo still has higher AP and durability.

Though that may be true, it's a small difference and Nami's Thunderbolt Tempo is Massively Hypersonic so Nami has the advantage in speed... Technically
 
hmm, not sure if it's enough for the difference in striking strength though. we're not talking about a small one either, Nami's striking strength is 2 tiers lower.
 
That's because Nami's more reliant on the destructive power of her weapon which basically controls the weather.

Who needs a strong striking when you can spam lightning everywhere.

Didn't you forget what I said. Nami can also create illusions by creating mirages with her climatact.

And her lightning bolts have massively hypersonic attack speed.

And Neo can't dodge things that are massively hypersonic.

How do you suppose Neo will find her if there's Lightning raining down from the sky?
 
Voting Neo unfortunately, Nami simply doesn't have the hax to make up for the difference and Neo is a fairly competent illusion master/skilled battler.

I think Nami is a better strategist though
 
With the new speed upgrade, Neo should be able to keep up with Nami's fastest attacks.

Neo is more skilled and competent with illusions.

Nami's hax can't make up the difference.

Neo wins.
 
Sadly, you can't rush art.

If you could, art would be worthless.

Although, this also applies to RWBY, despite the fact that I'm hoping for more feats from their verse. Who knows, maybe their manga could give some extra feats.

I'd prefer them to take time and make good art. After all, Vs battles, despite being fun, are only really for fun.
