Yuichi match ups are pretty simple, it's a question of do any of the opponents abilities work above a planetary scale? If yes he losses if no, he wins due to plot shenanigans. Btw the hunter linked in the op is probably the wrong one since that one isn't 9-B.

Fixed the link. I question how "plot shenanigans" are meant to stop Yuichi from being

A) devoured by microscopic demon worms that spontaneously form in his flesh.

B) having his body and lifeforce flash frozen by coldfire instantly popping up on top of him.

C) Having his mind and soul rewritten.

"No attack works twice" might stop the first if he considers individual bites attacks and not the summoning of worms as an attack. But I'd like some feats of his plot shenanigans to see how he stops the others.

Also, unrelated, but if this is the battle for the strongest 9-B, then you're both shit out of luck.
... what constitutes "harm" here?

Because I'm pretty sure there are tons of people who can win by some form of non-harming incapacitation.

@Monarch in neechan wa chunnibyou everyone is basically a character in a story, they all have roles in their stories, ie Ryoma Takei is the universal protagonist, it doesn't matter if you're the protagonist in your story he will usurp your position.

The story will always work out convenient for the protagonist, like the villains doing something stupid, the protag getting a convenient power up etc.

Yuichi's role>ryoma's role, his role is to be the guardian of the human centric world, aliens, gods, supernatural beings, superhuman beings, all of those things go against the human centric world, which is why such things can't beat yuichi.

As the guardian of the human centric world there will always be a chance for him to win, and as such he will always win. The reason why certain abilities like plot manipulation and power stealing don't work on him is cause he would lose, and yuichi can't lose so they get negated.

In other words what i am saying is due to his passive plot manipulation, the abilities you just listed get negated unless those abilities work above a planetary scale.
