after traveling between multiple realities Dio ends up in the saint seiya verse and decides to take over thus he uses his powers to mess up with the reality in the multiverse,realizing that everything around is getting messed up Saori tries to find out what is going on only to discover that some kind of deity is responsable for this such thing and she sees him as threat to humanity and tries to stop him.


-speed equalised.

-both are in character.

-both at full power.

-battle takes place in the over heaven arena.

I seriously think people overestimate the power of Heaven Ascension DIO.
 
DIO can't do anything when his senses are passively destroyed due to him being much weaker than Athena. What do people expect him to do against Athena?
 
TBF he does lead with Time Stop and 2A overwrite and his time Stop works on infinites

This is basically Mewtwo vs Nihilus

Arent you guys forgeting that Athena passive shut down of the 5 senses is done by her divine cosmo wich one can be countered if the other guy has divine cosmo and considering that Dio got his powers from heaven and he is blessed by the divine power of jesus im think he could resist.

Also Dio is better waifu unless if its Sasha instead of Saori if thats the case then im agree OvO.

Cosmo is not equalized in vs battles just like Haki. So no one outside of Seiyaverse can have or even be considered to have Divine Cosmo.
 
Only the abilities of cosmo like atomic destruction are not equalized from what im heard however things like divine anchor can be equalized if there something similar.
 
We do pseudo equalize divine cosmo afaik. It wont work against gods or those blessed with a God's power. But Dio is not even 2-C, so he gets rekt regardless of that.
